What is a metronome?

This tool produces an audible sound at a regular interval that can be set by the user, typically in beats per minute.


You can use this tool while you are training to maintain a consistent tempo while doing your repetitions.


Example: If your coach recommends a tempo where you lower down each repetition in a pushup for 3 seconds, you can use the metronome to assist you.
