How to: Train and log your session

- Click on the "Training" tab.
- Select the day you want to train.
- Select the exercise name to play the related exercise video.
- Click the "Track" button to log your training session.
- Select the date you want to log this session to.
- If you quickly check/compare any other day in your training program, you can select the "day" button and switch between days.
- Enter the sets, reps and weights for a particular exercise. You can choose between a dumbbell, plate and barbell. If you want to add notes about a particular exercise you want your coach to know, you can enter them in the top left corner.
- Click the next button at the bottom.
Sleep: Enter the number of hours you slept the previous night.
Stress: Select your life stress (Low, Medium, or High)
sRPE: Select your Session RPE (Rating of Perceived Exertion) from 1 to 10: 1 being easy to 10 being hard.
Menstrual cycle data: If you are a biological female and you wish to share your menstrual data with your coach, you can do so by selecting between 5 available options (Rather not, say, P1 - Menstrual phase, P2 - Follicular phase, P3 - Luteal phase, P4 - Ovulation phase)
Click the "Save" button to log your training session. Your coach would be able to view this data and help you out.
