A circuit refers to performing one set of multiple exercises before repeating.
A1 - Pushups - 3 sets x 10 reps
A2 - Squats - 3 sets x 9 reps
A3 - Lunges - 3 sets x 8 reps
Here you would do 10 repetitions of pushups and move on to 9 repetitions of squats and then move on to 8 repetitions of lunges. Then you would take a break and repeat the circuit two more times.
