What is training history?

To access the training history page,
- Click the "History" tab.
The training history page gives you an overview of your tracked sessions.
The days you were active and tracked are shown with a green highlight. Inactive days are shown in white.
If you scroll below, you can select a particular date range and see how the sleep, stress, session RPE and menstrual cycle data were during that period. If you select any particular date in the chart, all the other charts will sync and show the data.
Sleep: This shows the number of hours you slept the previous night.
Stress: Shows your life stress on that day (Low, Medium, or High)
sRPE: Shows your session RPE (Rating of Perceived Exertion) from 1 to 10: 1 being easy to 10 being hard.
Menstrual cycle data: This will be displayed if you are a biological female and wish to share your Menstrual data. (P1 - Menstrual phase, P2 - Follicular phase, P3 - Luteal phase, P4 - Ovulation phase or, rather not say.)
